Senior Java Developer
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
� Deep knowledge and practical experience in Java and J2EE technologies
� 3+ years of actual J2EE experience
� Ability to develop architecture with high and low level design of applications and reusable services
� Very good command of oral and written English
� Experience of working in a larger team environment (10+ members)
Programming background:
� J2EE � Servlets, EJB, JMS,
� JSP, Struts, Swing,
� Application server experience: JBoss, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere
� Clustered application environment
� XML, XSL
� XDoclet, EJBDoclet (optional)
� Hibernate, JDO (optional)
� SOA experience (optional)
� Workflow (BPEL, WLI, MQ, OSWorkflow) experience (optional)
Tools:
� Eclipse
� Version control systems: Rational ClearCase, CVS, Subversion
� Modeling tools: Enterprise Architect, Rational XDE/Rose
� Bug tracking systems
Documentation:
� Understanding and ability to create IT-specific documentation in English
� UML diagrams
� Use case description
