Job Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for the control over construction and project management of turnkey OBI stores as well as for the realization of constructional measures.
Education Requirements
• Higher education: University/MBA degree in Construction Engineering
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in an international company
• Experience at supervising construction (from the launch to the completion of the project)•

• To be a good team player and co-ordinator
• To learn things fast
• To focus on results, to identify gaps or needs and to implement result-oriented measures
• To provide high personnel commitment
• To flexibly adapt to changes
• To define targets, to delegate, to control and to give feedback

Skill & Knowledge Requirements
• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language knowledge
• Fluent German or English language knowledge
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Good computer skills (MS office, AutoCAD)
• Driver’s license is a plus
• Possibly CAD skills
Job Responsibilities & Tasks
• Construction preparation
- To plan concepts
- To make necessary preparations for the control over construction work contracts
• Realisation of constructional measures
- To control and supervise progresses, costs and quality
- To supervise construction site
- To trace of constructional defects or deficiencies in the construction
• Close interaction with the headquarters with regards to construction issues
