Quadrox for its Research Office in Kyiv is currently looking for talented Senior Support & Quality Assurance Engineer. The Senior Test Engineer's main responsibilities will include: � Establishing testing and supporting procedures and methodologies � Training other team members in testing and supporting clients � Analyzing product requirements and specifications � Defining testing strategies for the product � Creating high-level test documentation based on requirements and finished product; � Performing critical and the most difficult testing (functional, performance, etc.); � Reporting testing and team results and product stability, including suggestions regarding the product improvement � Develop and maintain the content in our online knowledge base � Automation of testing routines. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements : � MS degree in Computing Sciences or engineering � Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and/or customer support � Minimum 1 year of experience in managing quality assurance and/or customer support team � Excellent command of written and spoken English and good explanation skills � Readiness to work in the second shift when there is a need in it (from 5 p.a. till 12 p.a.) � Good understanding of software testing methodologies and approaches; � Technical understanding of how the web works: web servers, HTTP, HTML, FTP, etc. Ability to create a web site from scratch � General knowledge about networks: network components (servers, routers, switches, etc), protocols like HTTP, FTP, etc and tools to handle these protocols � Knowledge of HTML: ability to design a web page from scratch We would prefer : � Experience with Windows 2000/XP/2003, Microsoft SQL Server and IIS servers administration, � Experience with Routers, firewalls Interested?
