Functional/Business Analyst
Skills / Knowledge Required:
Essential Skills Required
• Demonstrable experience as business analyst (+3 years)
• Must show 2/3 large Greenfield projects worked on in past 5 years.
• Basic understanding of investment bank/financial services.
• Experience with formal design methodologies and requirements production techniques (RUP, use case modeling etc)
• Tracking of enhancement lifecycle, inception to implementation
• Excellent communication at all levels, junior users to senior management, internal and external. Excellent written and spoken English mandatory.
• Ability to cope within high pressure, delivery focused environments
• Experience with owning the design of large enterprise applications
• Ability to work well within challenging timescales
Preferable skills
• Experience with designing “greenfield” new projects
• CMMi/Six Sigma
• Experience with outsource development model
• Experience with workflow software, CRM applications, or document management.
• Advanced investment banking/financial services background.
