The World Leading Software Company opens the position for Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Lead the team of 5-7 persons in development project
• Support project life cycle
• Create plans and control execution
• Meet customer needs on time and budget
Requirements
• 5+ years technical background in Embedded development
• 2+ years in leadership role as Team Lead or PM
• Problem solving and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of software processes (CMMI, RUP, XP, …)
• Knowledge of software configuration and build management systems
• Work planning and control skills
• At least 3 successfully managed projects in Embedded area
• Experience in managing team of 5+ people
• Experience work with foreign customers
• Strong knowledge of English
