One of the leading Software Development Companies in the Netherlands, is looking for a Project Manager.
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Qualification:
• Language: Fluent/Very good English (oral and written).The ability to interact with foreign customers;
• 5+ experience in project management in big software development projects;
• 3+ experience in software development for the financial sector;
• Experience working in global team spread over the world in different countries, with different cultural habits and different time-zone locations (preferred);
• Knowledge of progressive project managing technologies and successful experience using it in real life software projects in the past;
• General knowledge of the Leasing Business and the implementation of ERP / Financial Systems (would be a plus)
Personal skills:
• Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills;
• Strong analytical and planning abilities;
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills;
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Management of a project team and responsibility for the achievement of all project objectives;
• Analyses and track all project risks and work out appropriate measures and contingency plans;
• Ownership responsibility for the complete project planning process, especially regarding resources, budget and deadlines;
• Support and coordination of internal business units which are involved in the project;
• Ensure well defined internal and external project reporting to the internal project sponsor and responsibility to present all project progress and status reports.
