The foreign company – leader of the supply chain market in Ukraine – is opening a position of Commercial Director
Requirements: the candidate is aged from 30 to 45 years, male, degree in economics, МВА is an asset, excellent knowledge of English language. More then 4 years work experience in a position of the commercial director, manager, sales director, director of the company; commercial experience in FMCG companies is a must; experience in contacts conclusion, customers’ services. Excellent knowledge of economy, marketing, management, knowledge of operational processes
Necessary knowledge and skills: skills in business high level negotiations, technique in negotiating, contracts’ conclusion and customers’ follow-up; development of economic-financial activities plans , annual sales plans, the price and advertising policy; project management.
The basic duties:
- Company’s commercial strategy development
- full package services sales in the open market (warehousing, handling, local & international transport, etc.)
- logistics market study
the candidate is expected :
- to attract new customers for current and future business
- to negotiate creation on the basis of operating - effective structure of commercial development of the enterprise, profitableness, increase of turnover due to attraction of new clients, observance of corporate rules and procedures.
- To build up regional network in Ukraine
- Project management for international and domestics projects
Package: Salary – from 3 500 y.e. (on results of interview), company’s car, annual bonus, %% from sales
