CMK is an award-winning developer and publisher of premium-quality consumer and education software for Windows and Mac OS X. In addition to creating our own world-famous titles, we are also a leading provider of contract development services to other publishers in the US and Europe. Currently we are looking for a Support Manager, who will be responsible for organizing and managing end user support process for all consumer software products produced by the company. Support Manager will supervise the daily activities of tech support staff to ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance in time and will work closely with development groups to initiate software product improvements based on end user feedback. Support Manager will also investigate best support techniques, develop own approaches and incorporate them as company-wide standards. Online support center should be developed under his/her supervision. Candidates should meet the following requirements: - Computer literacy, knowledge of computer terminology with the capacity and desire to learn more - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (experience in correspondence, negotiations, resolving issues is required) - Fluency in English - High level of responsibility, experience in managing people - Creativeness - 1-2 years of related experience - A desire to help others, customer focus If you are interested, please send the resumes to: jobs@cmksoftware.com
