International investing company “Ukrainian Financial Services” invites to participate in competition on post “office manager”.
Requirements to candidates:
· Female 28-35 years;
· Higher education;
· Work Experience on a similar post not less then 2 years;
· Work Experience in banks, investing companies, forex clubs are desirable ;
· Free possession of English language;
· Competent speech;
· Presentable appearance;
· Knowledge of business etiquette;
· Communication skills;
· Knowledge of basis of office-work;
· Experienced user of personal computer, office technical equipment.
Main functional duties:
· Meeting and reception of visitors;
· Maintenance of office live;
· Reception and distribution of incoming calls and documents;
· Booking of hotels, tickets.
