Field of activity: organization of duly and qualitative performance of posed problems by department; contractual work (development, analysis, drawing up and support of contracts of various complexity forms, both for residents and non-residents); support of agreements with the real estate (sale and purchase, rent); legal support and preparation of law cases for transferring to courts; interest representation of juridical entity in courts of all instances in affairs on civil, economic and administrative proceedings, and also in ICAC at the UCCI; protection of enterprises interests in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
