For our new store operation in Zaporizhya we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Head of Key Account Management Department.
Responsibilities:
• Plans how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
• Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time.
• Participates in development of sales strategies for the given accounts.
• Provides day-to-day supervision of activities including coaching, training, manpower building, motivation, and performance evaluation of team of Key Account Managers.
• Ensures that sale objectives are met within company strategies.
Requirements:
• University degree
• 3+ years’ successful sales and managerial experience
• Market- and Customer-oriented, commercial thinking, business awareness
• Good organizer, high achiever, communicator, pro-active, decision-maker
• Strong leader
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office package
• Valid driving license
• Excellent knowledge of English as well as Russian and Ukrainian is a MUST
• Age starting from 30 years old.
