REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years experience in J2SE/J2EE application development
- Strong OOA/OOD/OOP knowledge
- Experience with third-party frameworks (Struts, Spring, OJB, JUnit, Ant, etc.)
- Good database and SQL skills
- Good written and spoken technical English
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Design patterns knowledge
- WebSphere and WebLogic application server experience
- MS SQL Server and Oracle experience
- Familiarization with RUP software development process
